WORCESTER-Jean A. (Bruso) Condon, 88, formerly of Leominster, passed away Wednesday, September 25 in the Beaumont Nursing Center.

Her husband of 61 years, Thomas C. Condon passed away last year. She leaves a son, Thomas C. Condon, Jr. and his wife, Diane of Mansfield; a daughter, Mary C. Robinson and her husband, John of Bolton; a grand-daughter, Lily Robinson and a sister, Maureen Bruso of Worcester. She was born in Worcester, to James and Mary (Dorsey) Bruso and graduated from Ascension High School and Clark University.
Jean started her teaching career at Memorial Hospital Student Nursing School. She went on to teach in the Worcester, Auburn and Leominster Public Schools before retiring. She was a longtime member of Holy Family of Nazareth Church. Jean loved the arts and music. She was proud of her Irish heritage and was active in an Irish language class.
Jean's love centered around her family.


The Funeral will be Monday, September 30 from Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 1 West Boylston St., West Boylston with a Mass at 10:30am in Holy Family of Nazareth Church, 750 Union St., Leominster. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. Visiting Hours are Sunday, September 29 from 2:00 to 4:00pm at Fay Brothers Funeral home in West Boylston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Family of Nazareth Church or the Massachusetts Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
