Jennie A. (Lemanski) Berg, 92, of Worcester died Wednesday, August 26 in St. Vincent Hospital.
Her husband, Clayton V. Berg died in 1993. She leaves a son, John Clayton Berg and his wife Judith M. Berg of Wareham; a sister, Josephine Laugaud of Worcester; three grandchildren, Christine M. Fantoni, John C. Berg and Jeffrey C. Berg; five great-granddaughters and nieces and nephews. A brother, Chester Lemanski and two sisters, Dorothy Ivanowski and Agnes Clarke, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Roman and Catherine Lemanski.
Jennie was a waitress for many years at Weintraub's Delicatessen and Restaurant. She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. She enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos.
The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 29, at 10 A.M. in LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. Visiting Hours are Friday, August 28 from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. To place an on-line condolence, please visit www.lindquistlundin.com
