Northbridge- Jennifer DiPilato, 58, passed away suddenly on January 15, 2019 at Milford Regional Medical Center after a courageously fought battle with cancer.
She was born in Leominster on January 5, 1961 a daughter of the late Gerard Richard and Carol Ann (Montagna) Monopoli. Jennifer was a simple but big-hearted woman who above all cherished time spent with her family. She was devout catholic and parishioner at the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church where she enjoyed volunteering and teaching catechism. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, cat Precious and all who had the pleasure to know her.
She leaves her mother, Carol Ann Monopoli; Four children, Nicole Marie Salerno, Matthew Joseph DiPilato, John Joseph Mejia and Anthony Michael Mejia and his wife, Jessica; seven grandchildren, Alex, Nicholas, Dominic, Eli, Tyler, Avianna and Aislyn; a sister, Heather Richard; three brothers, John Monopoli and his wife Sandy, Louie Monopoli and his wife, Regina and Chris Monopoli and his wife, Sandy; many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Her brother, Donald Richard and her father, John Monopoli predeceased her.
In accordance with her wishes, a memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date which the family will extend invitations for. The Callahan, Fay & Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester is assisiting the family with arrangements.
