NORTHBORO-It is with profound sadness that the family of Jennifer Louise Loosemore Gaudette announces her passing on Friday, October 27. Her loving family was with her. She will missed by so many.
Born December 8, 1972, in Worcester, she was the oldest daughter of Lissa (Grigas) and Jim Loosemore. She is survived by her daughter, Isabelle “Izzy” Gaudette, her partner Edward “Ned” McTigue, III, her loving sisters, Amy Simmons and her husband, Ronnie and Sarah-Jane Harsip and her husband, Kevin, nephew, Aiden Simmons and niece, Abby Harsip. She also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her former husband, Phillip Gaudette and his family.
Jennifer was a graduate of Marymount University in Arlington, VA and received her master’s degree from UMASS, Amherst. She had been a teacher at Wachusett Regional High School for more than 20 years. She loved traveling and had earned a reputation as the family travel agent, because she enjoyed researching and planning trips as much as going on them. Her and Izzy have visited every continent at least once, except Antarctica…Jenn was always cold!
Family was very important to Jenn, cousins’ weekend in Maine; Thanksgiving, especially the walk after dinner to the beach; and any family gathering were among her favorite events. She loved reading, playing board and word games, and doing puzzles. She was an avid Red Sox fan. She also enjoyed live entertainment and movies.
