WORCESTER-Johan Manuel Cabrera 45, also known as "Bonaito" of Worcester, died Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
He was born in Bonao, Dominican Republic and has lived in the United States for many years. Johan Manuel worked as a machinist at various companies in the Worcester area.
Johan Manuel is survived by three beautiful children who he adored, his son, Johan, Jr, and daughters, Jazlynn and Jovania, his mother Josefa DeLeon, his brothers and sisters, Melvin, William, Randolf, Wilmer, Massiel, Dianna, Marilyn, Ruben, Juan, and Yesenia and the mother of his children, Justine Cortez. He was predeceased by his father, Manuel Cabrera.
Johan was devoted to his family and friends. His nephews and nieces will forever be grateful for the love that he gave them. He will be remembered for his kind heart, beautiful soul and powerful voice. Johan loved music. It was his passion. When he was little, he'd ask for a radio instead of toys. He loved to perform. He loved to sing to us. Johan loved to be the life of the party and that he was. Thank you for filling our lives with joy, thank you filling our hearts with love.
Visiting Hours to honor Johan Manuel's life will be held Monday, March 9th from 5-8 pm at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. Friends and family are invited to gather at Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street for Johan's graveside service and burial at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, March 10th.
