John F. Macek, Jr. passed away on August 1st, 2026 at UMass hospital. Family and friends are welcomed to a celebration of John's life with visitation on Friday, August 7th from 9:00am until 10:30am in Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am in Christ the King Catholic Church, 1052 Pleasant Street, Worcester. Burial will immediately follow. Obituary will be updated when complete.
