It is with great sadness and sorrow we announce the sudden passing of John Kamonyo Mwaniki, our beloved brother and uncle, fondly known to many as "Uncle John".
Uncle John was dealing with health challenges over the past few years resulting in multiple hospitalizations. He was resilient and experienced health improvements which led to his release from a nursing home in November 2020.
Unfortunately, on the night of January 25, 2021 he suffered a setback that led to his sudden death on Tuesday, January 26th. We find hope in the reassurance that his suffering has come to an end and that he is now resting. We are also comforted by the promise of a better time to come when all our tears will be wiped away. (Revelation 21:4)
* Prayers and a celebration of his life well lived will be broadcast via Zoom on January 28th - 30th 2021 at 7:00 pm EST. ZOOM Meeting ID: 893 4081 4413
