Joyce A. Matteau

WORCESTER – Joyce A (Tetreault) Matteau, 70, a resident of Worcester Health Center and formerly of New London, CT passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at UMASS Memorial Healthcare after an illness. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 30 years, Frank J. (Matt) Matteau on February 13, 2014. She was born and raised in Southbridge, the daughter of the late Arthur N. and Althea L. (Hasty) Tetreault, where she graduated from the former Marian Hill Central Catholic Highschool.
Joyce was a full time homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her husband, the company of her Siamese kitties, all genres of music, especially Jazz and the Blues, and her greatest love, the ocean, where she lived next to for most of her life.
