Judith A. Bullard

OXFORD-Judith A. (Karpowicz) Bullard, 62, formerly of 25 Wheelock St. died Sunday, April 18 in the Hospice Residence after an illness. Her husband, Donald Bullard died in 1990. She leaves 2 sons, David F. and Michael W. Lewis both of Tampa, FL; her mother, Helen M. (Courchiane) Karpowicz of Worcester; a brother, William A. Karpowicz of Millbury and a granddaughter, Courtney Lewis.

She was born in Worcester daughter of William J. Karpowicz and graduated from Commerce High School. Mrs. Bullard worked as an assistant clerk at the Worcester Courthouse. She was a volunteer at the Tri Valley Center.

Funeral and burial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VNA Care Hospice, 120 Thomas St., Worcester, MA 01608. LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester is directing arrangements.
