Kathleen Marie Carney

WORCESTER-Kathleen Marie (Stubbert) Carney, 70, passed away after a long illness on January 8. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Florence Breen and Robert Stubbert. She leaves her husband of 49 years, John J. Carney; her four children, Christine Marie Carney, Michael Patrick Carney and his wife, Roseann Marie Carney, Colleen Marie Carney and Kerriann Marie Carney; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; Three brothers, Robert Stubbert and his wife, Linda, Raymond Stubbert and his wife, Kelly and James Stubbert; three sisters, Donna Smith, Joanne Rose, and Pat Willar; Jack's oldest son, John Patrick Carney and his wife and three children and nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, her second father, Raymond Lebeaux, her daughter, Theresa Marie Carney and sisters, Ann Aucoin and Patricia Fitzpatrick.

Kathy enjoyed dancing, spending time with her family and trips to the casino. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

A Visiting Hour will be held Tuesday, January 12 from 9:30 to 10:30am at Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11am in St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
