Kathleen M. Gallagher

WORCESTER - Kathleen M. Gallagher, 83, died on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center. She leaves her brother Thomas J. Gallagher and his wife Beverly of Worcester; cousins, nephews and nieces. She was pre-deceased by her twin sister Anna M. Gallagher, brother James P. Gallagher Jr. and his wife Mary Ann. Ms. Gallagher was born in Worcester, MA the daughter of James P. and Annie (McNamara) Gallagher. She graduated from Ascension High School and went on to Worcester State College where she earned a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in History. She was a secretary at the former New England Electric for over 30 years and had a lifelong interest in education. There will be a calling hour on Monday, February 12, from 10:30 am - 11:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove St., Worcester. The funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 am in the church.
