WORCESTER
Kathleen Grace (Herlihy) Kalukin, of Worcester, died Mon., Aug. 20, in St. Vincent Hospital. She leaves her husband of 39 years, Edward W. Kalukin; a son, Robert H. Dumas and his wife Pamela of Shrewsbury; two grandchildren, Darlene A. Frederick of Worcester, and David A. Dumas of East Hampton; six great grandchildren, Brittany, Camden, Nathan, Alyssa, Haley and Jadyn; one great great granddaughter, Ilie; and a cousin Barbara Eldredge of Worcester. A brother, Frank Herlihy of Worcester predeceased her in 1972.
She was born in Springfield, daughter of Frank H. and Grace (Davis) Herlihy. Mrs. Kalukin worked as a production assistant for Sheppard Envelope for 39 years, retiring in 1983. She was a longtime member of St. Joan of Arc Church. She was an avid swimmer and was once a lifeguard. Kathleen's family would like to thank the St. Vincent Hospital ICU nurses and the Visiting Nurses Association for the wonderful care that they provided.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, Aug. 23 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln St. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery.
