Katie Jean Gleason, 51, formerly of Worcester passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday March 2, 2022.
Katie leaves a lovely daughter, Hannah J. DeLuca of New York; her parents, John K. and Penelope Gleason of Worcester; a loyal brother, John M. Gleason and his partner, Lynda Hartland of Medway; a loving sister, Colleen K. Cipro and brother-in-law Richard P. Cipro of Worcester; nephews, Stephan and Jack; nieces, Michalla and Kaycee; an uncle, Austin P. Leary and his wife, Sharon; an aunt Louise Leary-Lusardi all of Worcester and several cousins.
She was predeceased by her mother Jean L. (Leary) Gleason.
She was born and grew up in Worcester. She attended Worcester Schools and graduated from Burncoat Senior High School.
She will be fondly remembered for her big heart and special gift for caring for the elderly.
Katie was a great cook, always cooking for family and friends. She loved to laugh and with her quick wit was so much fun to be with. Katie will be sadly and dearly missed by her entire family and many friends.

A Private Funeral Service will be held. Burial will be private at St. John Cemetery.
