WORCESTER-Kenneth G. Foley, 75, formerly of West Boylston died Monday, August 6, 2018 at home with his family by his side. He was born in Worcester, son of Aubrey L. and Hildur E. (Lehtola) Foley and graduated from South High School, Worcester Junior College and continued at WPI School of Industrial Management. Ken worked at Jamesbury Corporation for 39 years before retiring in 2003.
Ken is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elizabeth A. (Meola) Foley, three children, Christine McAuliffe and her husband William of North Brookfield, Sean Foley and his wife Robin of Dudley and Pastor James Foley and his wife Misty of Hubbardston; six grandchildren, Meghan, Erin, Shannon, Colleen, Trevor and Anna, and two great grandchildren, Cayden and Iyla. He also leaves a brother, Dennis Foley of Belchertown, a sister-in-law, Terry Bloom of Worcester and several nephews and nieces. Ken was predeceased by his brothers, Paul Foley and Bob Bloom.
Ken was a member and served as a deacon at New Life Assembly of South Barre. He was a longtime member of Wachusett Country Club and coached for many years for the Tri Speaker Little League and Babe Ruth. Ken was a diehard Worcester Bravehearts fan and loved to attend games whenever possible.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 10th at Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 1 West Boylston Street, West Boylston with visiting hours from 9:30 am until 11:00 am, then immediately followed by a Service at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in West Boylston.
