WEST BOYLSTON: Kenneth P. Boucher, 87, of Maple Street died on Saturday, January 27th in UMass Memorial Hospital.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth P. Boucher, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Kenneth, aged 87, peacefully departed this world on Saturday, January 27th at UMass Memorial Hospital.
Kenneth leaves behind his devoted wife of 64 years, Patricia A. (Frost) Boucher. He was a loving father to his son John J. Boucher of West Brookfield and his daughter Jody-Ann Whitney of West Brookfield. Kenneth also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren - Heather, Joshua, Adam, Jesse & Sarah - and fifteen adored great-grandchildren.
In addition to his immediate family, Kenneth is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Kenneth J. Boucher and grandson Kyel.
Born in Clinton to Victor and Georgina (Bowser) Boucher, Kenneth lived a fulfilling life marked by dedication to family and career. He worked as the terminal manager at Crosby Trucking for 23 years before retiring. Kenneth was a longtime member of the Clinton Turners Club and found joy in activities such as hunting, fishing, visiting the casino, and playing golf with his sons and grandsons. As an umpire for many years in the West Boylston Lassie League, he took great pleasure in contributing to his local community.
Kenneth's greatest happiness was found when he was surrounded by his beloved family, cherishing each moment spent together.
Friends and loved ones are invited to join in a celebration of Kenneth's life on Sunday, February 4, from 1:00-4:00 PM at Turner Hall located at 60 Branch Street in Clinton. A private burial service will be held at a later date in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, West Boylston. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fay Brothers Funeral Home, located at 1 West Boylston Street, West Boylston.
