HOLDEN-Linda M. Mulhearn, 63, passed away Wednesday, January 28 in UMASS Belmont St. Campus.

She leaves her husband of 16 years, Robert E. Mulhearn; two sons, Heath Mulhearn and Chad Mulhearn; three granddaughters, Peggy Debs, Katelyn Debs and Katie Debs; seven great-grandchildren, Jazzy, Aria, Mia and Charles, Nathan, Junior and Brisa; three siblings, Ann Marie Smith of Pawtucket, RI, Robert Smith, Jr. of Titusville, FL and Kathleen Laliberte and her husband, Jeffrey of Port Richie, FL and a niece, Stephanie “Milo” Gray. Her first husband, William M. Paldino, her sister, Pamela, and her husband, Steven, and their son, Aaron, predeceased her. She was born in Boston, daughter of late, Robert K. and Helen T. (Finn) Smith and graduated from St. Peter Marian High School and attended Becker Junior College.

Linda was certified as a nurse’s assistant working in home health care for various companies in Worcester. She was a member, a Eucharistic Minister and Lector at Saint George’s Church. She was a member and longtime financial secretary for the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Div. #36 and also served on various committees for the Massachusetts State Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians. She was an honorary member of the Marine Corp League and very active in the Toys for Tots Program. But most of all Linda was known for her big heart and her willingness to do anything for anyone in their time of need.

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, February 4 at 10am in Saint George’s Church, 40 Brattle St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting Hours are Tuesday, February 3 from 4 to 7pm at Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the United States Marine Corp. Reserve Toys for Tots Program at www.worcester-ma.toysfortots.org or to Saint John’s Church Food Program at www.stjohnsfoodforthepoor.org
