WORCESTER-Lisa Anne McCoy, 55, of Worcester passed away Thursday, April 5.
She leaves her father, George W. Manos of Worcester; three siblings, Lana Marie Kaishian and her husband, Rev. Fr. Sahak of Greenfield, WI, William G. Manos and his wife, Irene of Fort Lee, NJ; and Leandra E. Manos of Manchester, CT; two nephews, Jacob E. and Michael A. Kaishian, twin nieces, Avery and Zoe Manos and her long time care giver and close friend, Evelyn Marco. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Ronald L. McCoy and Arlene C. (Bilzerian) Manos and graduated from Doherty Memorial High School and Boston University.
Lisa was an administrator for the Visiting Nurses Association. She was a devoted faithful member of the Armenian Church of Our Saviour. Lisa enjoyed traveling and visited several countries around the world. She loved writing poetry, collecting dolls, and was an avid Patriots fan. Lisa was particularly proud of the fact that she sponsored a child from Ethiopia.
A Visiting Hour will held Monday, April 9 from 9:30 to 11:00am in the Armenian Church of Our Saviour, 87 Salisbury St. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00am in the church. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Armenian Church of Our Saviour or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Greater New England.
