WORCESTER- Louis J. Dalbec, 89, formerly of 951 Millbury St., died Friday, May 18 in Radius Healthcare. His wife of 52 years, Helen R. (Bastek) Dalbec died in 2004. He leaves a son, Edward J. Vallee, Sr. of Worcester, a daughter, Dolores Bullock of Spencer, nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of Adelard and Laetitia (Payette) Dalbec. Mr. Dalbec worked at Heald Machine for many years.
The funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 21 at 10:00 AM in St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 1 Wiser Avenue. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
