WORCESTER-Lucy Ann (Manning) Galli, 84, died Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at UMass Memorial University Campus.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Robert and Rose (Allen) Manning. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Lucy retired as a radiology clerk from UMass Memorial University Campus.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony R. Galli and Bruce R. Galli, six siblings, Roberta Ladieu, June Manning, Rosemary Vartanian, Marlene Moscowitz, Robert A. Manning and Mona Lisa Jeffers. She also leaves nephews and nieces, Roberta Dejoya, Michael Ladieu, Tanya Pannell, Gabrielle Moscowitz, Robert Jeffers and Monique Rosenbaum, and her dear friends, Bertha, Irene, Inge, Marianne, Laura "Lolly" and Betty.
Lucy enjoyed gardening and she loved to travel with her friends. She also enjoyed listening to music and attending the theater. Lucy cherished the time she spent with her nieces and nephews. Lucy was a wonderful cook and enjoyed making delicious meals for her sons.
Lucy's Funeral will be held Wednesday, March 23rd from Fay Brothers Life Celebration Home, 1 West Boylston Street, West Boylston with a Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 111 Worcester Street, West Boylston. Entombment in Notre Dame Mausoleum in Worcester will follow.
A visiting hour will also be held on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
