Lynn E. McGrath, 44, of 33 Bristol St., Worcester, formerly of West Boylston, died Wednesday, December 5, in the University of Mass Medical Center-University Campus, Worcester, after being stricken at home.
She leaves two brothers, Albert P. McGarth of Brookfield and Robert P. McGarth of West Boylston; a sister Robin McGrath-Crayton of Worcester; nephews and nieces and her companion Howard Tyndall III with whom she lived. A Brother Stephen P. McGrath of Holden died in 1993. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Phillip R. and Angelina J. (Belacki) McGrath.
She worked at Barbers Crossing in Worcester for several years.
She graduated from West Boylston High School where she was active in field hockey and tennis. She attended Quinsagamond Community College and graduated from Fitchburg State College with a degree in Special education.
A Funeral will be held Saturday (Dec8) from Fay Brothers Funeral Home 1 West Boylston St. with a Mass at 9 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 111 Worcester St. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Calling Hours are Friday (Dec7) from 5 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
