M. Beverly Bjorklund

WEST BOYLSTON-M. Beverly (Parker) Bjorklund, 85, passed away Monday, Oct. 25. Her husband of 59 years, Henry A. "Hank" Bjorklund died in 2008.

She leaves five children, David and Barbara Bjorklund of Jupiter, FL, Richard and Dianna Bjorklund of Joplin, MO, Bruce and Pamela Bjorklund of West Boylston, Stephen and Cathy Bjorklund of West Boylston and Lynne and John Doldoorian of Whitinsville; ten grandchildren, Brian and Kevin Bjorklund, Michael and James Kiritsy, Robert Bjorklund, Kelly Krause, Heidi and Amanda Bjorklund, Danyelle and Keri Doldoorian; her great granddaughter, Molly Krause; her sister, Shirley Senior of West Boylston and many nieces and nephews. Her three brothers, Carl, James and Laurence Parker and her sister, Dorothy Gunnard predeceased her.

Beverly was born in Shrewsbury the daughter of Roy and Marion (Sivret) Parker. She graduated from Major Edwards High School. She worked as an Avon lady and also worked as a head teller at the former Guaranty Bank in West Boylston. Beverly was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and enjoyed dancing, sewing and doing crossword puzzles.

Beverly's funeral will be on Saturday, October 30 at 10:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church, 112 Crescent St. Interment will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Friday, Oct. 29 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W.
