Mark W. Benoit

CHARLTON-Mark W. Benoit, 45, formerly of Charlton, died Sunday, April 17, 2011, in his home unexpectedly.

Mark leaves his wife of 28 years, Christine M. (Robidoux) Benoit, his son, Jonathan Benoit and his daughter, Allison Benoit. He also leaves his brother, Richard P. Benoit of Worcester and his sisters, Kristen Benoit and Tricia Benoit-Quint of Bellows Falls, VT. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Mark was predeceased by his brother, Michael R. Benoit.

Mark was born in Worcester the son of Raymond W. and Patricia C. (Peltier) Benoit and graduated from South High School in 1983. He worked for the U.S. Post Office for over 20 years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed outdoor activities.

Visiting hours for Mark will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 from 4:30 until 7:00 PM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. A graveside service will take place on Friday, April 22, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave., Paxton, MA 01612.
