Mark R. Welcome, 32, of 72 Club House Dr., Formerly of Worcester and No. Graftonwas stricken and died Sunday, Dec. 2, in the Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River.

He leaves his mother and step father, Bonnie L. (Mayo) and Timothy Valade of the Pocasset section of Bourne, his father and step mother, Richard R. and Pamela Welcome of Oxford; three brothers Richard R. Welcome III of Holden; Anthony P. Welcome of Baldwinville and Joel C. Welcome of Worcester; three children and his maternal grandmother Emma Almeida of Buzzards Bay. A sister Brenda Lee Welcome of No. Grafton died in 1979. He was born in Worcester.

Mr. Welcome was a stone mason. He attended Grafton Schools. He enjoyed writing about life's experiences.

A funeral will be held Friday (Dec7) at 10 a.m. in Fay Brothers Funeral Home 1 West Boylston St., West Boylston, MA. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, West Boylston. Calling Hours will be Thursday (Dec6) from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
