Mary A. (Conway) Peltier

February 22, 1960 — August 24, 2021

WORCESTER-Mary A. (Conway) Peltier, 61, died Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

Mary was born in Worcester, daughter of John J. and Lillian D. (Goodick) Conway. She graduated from South High School, and continued her education at Wellesley College where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. At the age of 50, Mary went back to school to fulfill her dream to become a nurse, and earned her LPN and RN at Quinsigamond Community College.

Mary was fun, outgoing, and individualistic. She loved God above all else. She found humor and good in all things and thoroughly enjoyed life. Along with her husband and daughter (the three musketeers), she attended countless concerts, comedy shows, and loved to visit the casino. Mary enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. with her favorite spots being Las Vegas, Hawaii, and scenic New England. She found great joy in her exceptional cooking and adored holidays with family and friends. Mary was an avid movie watcher (especially comedies) and New England sports fan. She had a profound love for animals. Mary emanated light, goodness, and strength. She was generous, kind, thoughtful, and left an impression on all those she met.

Mary will be dearly missed by her husband John A. Peltier. On September 16th, Mary and John would have celebrated 39 wonderful years together. She leaves her daughter and best friend, Stephanie L. Conway-Allen, son-in-law, Ronald E. Allen II, and beautiful new grandson, Max John David Allen (born 7/24/2021). She also leaves her brother, Kevin Conway, daughter April M. (Conway) Frye, and granddaughter Lilly R. Black. She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Robert J. (Bobby) and Brian J. Conway.
