Mary B. Coyle

WORCESTER-Mary B. Coyle, 93, of Worcester passed away Saturday, February 9 in Hermitage Nursing Home. She leaves her sister, Josephine T. Allen of Warwick, RI, nieces and nephews.

She was born in Boston daughter of Owen J. and Mary E. (Brown) Coyle. She was a former member of St. Charles Borromeo Church and volunteered at Hermitage Nursing Home where she was treasurer of its Residence Community. Mary was also an enthusiastic participant in the Seven Hills Day Program for many years. She enjoyed knitting, bowling and a good conversation.

A special thanks to the wonderful staff at Hermitage Nursing Home, especially her nurse Tom and to all the people that befriended her throughout her long life. "Have no worries, I have gone home to meet my father."

The funeral will be held on Thursday, February 14 from Callahan & Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., with a Mass at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 600 Cambridge St. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery. A visiting hour will be held from 9:30 until 10:30 AM on the day of the funeral in the funeral home.
