WORCESTER-Marylou "Lou Lou" Laura (Angell) Wozniak, 66, of Worcester passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Richard C. Angell Jr and Lydia "Tootsie" (Jodoin) Angell and attended Grafton High School and Girls Trade School in Worcester.
Lou Lou was predeceased by her husband Steven Wozniak on August 26, 2001 and her brother Raymond W. Angell on January 19, 2011. She is survived by her brother, Richard Angell of Millbury MA, three children, Christine Wozniak with whom she lived after Steven passed away, Jennifer Wozniak Robert and her husband, Greg of Putnam, CT and Bryan Wozniak and his wife, Michelle of Dudley. She also leaves four grandchildren, Dawnielle Dowd, Alyssa, Anthony & Noah Robert, a great grand-daughter, Jada Georges, a grand dog Sheena, many nieces and nephews and many cousins who were more like siblings to her.
Lou Lou was a CNA at various facilities throughout the Worcester area and when not working she enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved to go on cruises and her many trips to Disney World where she could visit with her favorite Disney princesses. She was also well known for being the best storyteller, belonged to the Oxford Pitch Club and enjoyed her trips to the casino to play the slot machines and Bingo.
Marylou's funeral will be held on Thursday, March 29 from Callahan Fay & Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street with a Liturgy of the Word of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Roch's Church, 332 Main Street in Oxford. Burial will follow at St. Roch's Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, March 28th from 5-8 pm in the funeral home.
