Melanie D. (Bengtson) Roby, 55, of East Killingly,CT formerly of Worcester died Thurs., May 17. in Day Kimball Hospital, Putnam, CT. She leaves her husband of 7 years, Michael Roby, two brothers, David Bengtson of Holden and Mark Bengtson and his wife Gina of Oxford; two sisters, Cheryl Anderson and her husband Bill of Hubbardston and Charlene Anderson and her husband Glen of Sutton, several nephews and nieces.

She was born in Holden, daughter of the late David S. and Virginia (Larson) Bengtson. Melanie was a call center operator at Bank of America and a long time member of the Worcester Bally Total Fitness.
