Michael J. Moloney

Michael J. Moloney, 83, of Worcester died Wednesday, Sept. 6, in UMASS Medical Center University Campus.

He leaves his wife of 56 years, Virginia C. (O'Malley) Moloney, a son, Kevin M. and his wife Joanne Moloney of Millbury; a daughter, Joyce E. Simpson of Worcester; four grandchildren, Michael and Erin Moloney and Brendan and Kerri Simpson. A son, Martin J. Moloney, two daughters, Maureen E. Moloney and Carol Ann Moloney and a brother, John F. Moloney, predeceased him. He was born in Edinburgh, Scotland son of John and Mary (Conlin) Moloney.

Michael worked in the forge department at Wyman Gordons at the Worcester Plant for 35 years.
