Michael J. Yurewicz

WEST BOYLSTON-Michael J. Yurewicz, 36, passed away Thursday, May 2.

He leaves his mother, Rosemary J. (Ruksnaitis) Yurewicz and her partner, Benjamin Hill of West Boylston; his father, Paul Yurewicz of South Haven, MI; his brother, Joseph Yurewicz of South Haven, MI; his sister, Valerie Dungan and her husband, Bernie and their children, Avery and Brielle of Lunenburg: Aunts, Uncle, and Cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Joseph and Phyllis (Kazlauskas) Yurewicz, and Anthony and Nellie (Grublevskas) Ruksnaitis, and his aunt, Nancy Ruksnaitis. He was born in Worcester and attended Assabet Vocational High School.

Michael enjoyed carpentry and woodworking. He also loved working around the house and watching classic car auctions. Michael had a wonderful sense of humor, witty and sarcastic.

A Visiting Hour will be held Sunday, May 19th from 2:00-3:30pm with a Prayer Service at 3:30pm in Fay Brothers Life Celebration Home, 1 West Boylston St, West Boylston.  Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at www.jdrf.org
