Michele T. Callahan

October 26, 1960 — September 28, 2022

Worcester

Worcester, Ma -Michele T. (Bilodeau) Callahan passed away unexpectedly Thursday, September 28th, 2022.  She was predeceased by her husband James R. Callahan III, who passed August 26th, 2003.

She was born October 26, 1960 in Natick, daughter of the late Irean T. (Langevin) and Frederick J. Bilodeau.  She spent her life devoting herself to those who were not able to help themselves through their addiction and recovery. In an endless devotion to be the support she so desperately wanted to see in this world. From leading support groups at SMOC for abused spouses to helping counsel and rehabilitate those unable to help themselves through their addition and recovery. Most recently, she was employed by Adcare Hospital as a placement supervisor where she had a passion and kind heart for helping others in need. Anyone who knew Michele knew that she was most at home in nature. Surrounded by the  sandy EARTH below her feet, breathing the sea AIR in, basking in the sun's rays of FIRE, and most importantly, being near/in the ocean WATER. These were the ingredients of the SPIRIT of this Goddess, whom we all knew as Michele. It was near impossible to be in her magnetic and magical aura without feeling the overwhelming love and affection a being not of this earth could bestow on us mortals. May we all learn to take life a day at a time, one step at a time, and above all Blessed be thy womb, without this Witch we would not be.

Michele leaves many behind that love her and will miss her deeply including her three sons, James Frederick, Sean Patrick, Ryan James, and grandson Finn Christopher. Her brother Rick (Pat) and sisters Terri Morelli (Dean) and Beth Grella (Gene), along with many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Fred and Irene and her brother, Bill.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of this Goddess with visiting hours on Friday, October 21st from 5pm to 8pm at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester, MA.
