PAXTON: Myron C. Kokocinski, 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in his home, surrounded by his loving family. His wife of 57 years, Lorraine J. "Kay" (LaRoche) Kokocinski, passed away in 2014.
He is survived by two daughters, Susan & husband Carl Williams and Judith & husband Kenneth Amons ; a son, Myron Kokocinski & companion Sue Fontaine ; a son in law, Joseph Crutcher; six grandchildren, Jeffrey Kokocinski & wife Libby, Ashley Williams, Travis William & wife Maura, Jeremy Kokocinski & wife Sara, Michael Amons & wife Kim, and Nicole Amons & companion Kevin; two sisters, Alice Kujawski and Barbara Serva; a former daughter in law, Cherry Malcom; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Kathryn Crutcher; a son, Jeffrey Kokocinski; a brother, John Kokocinski; two sisters, Irene McNally, and Theresa Albetski; and daughter in law, Paula Gallant Kokocinski.
Myron was born in Webster, son of the late William & Hermina (Stodolok). He was a graduate of Bartlett High School and attended Nichols College. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Myron owned and operated Paxton Supermarket for many years. Myron and his wife, Lorraine, also worked alongside each other as real estate agents, selling real estate in the Worcester area. He was an avid New England sports fan. Family was the cornerstone of his life.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th at 11AM in St. Columba Church,10 Richards Ave, Paxton. Burial will be held privately in St. Joseph’s Garden of Peace Cemetery, Webster.
