Nancy E. (Maylott) Carlson, passed away peacefully, Sunday, Sept. 6
She leaves her husband of 45 years, John "Jack" Carlson; two sons, Mark of West Boylston and Michael of West Boylston; a grand-daughter Kaylei and a brother, David Maylott of Leicester. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Ernest and Agnes Maylott and earned nursing degrees from Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester State College and Anna Maria College and spent her career as an IV therapist at UMASS Medical Center.
She enjoyed her summer home on Cranberry Meadow Lake in Spencer where she enjoyed racing sailboats, motor boating and tending to her various flower gardens and a small veggie garden. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church.
There are no visiting hours. Burial will be private in Mount Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cranberry Meadow Lake Association c/o Evelyn Anderson, 93 Jolicouer Ave., Spencer, 01562. To place an online condolence, please visit. www.faybrothers.com
