Nancy J. Pasiak

WEST BOYLSTON- Nancy J. Pasiak, 86, passed away on July 10, 2023, at Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester.

Nancy was born in Stamford, Connecticut, moved to New Smyrna Beach, Florida in 1994 and then to Worcester, Massachusetts in 2019 to be closer to her family. She was a medical assistant, a teacher’s aide, and an office manager of social services, all in the City of Stamford. She was also president of Stamford Employees Credit Union and of the Sugar Mill 9 Hole Golfers in New Smyrna Beach. She made lasting friendships wherever she lived.

Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne and her husband, Joseph Perna of Greenville, New Hampshire; her grandson, Andrew Perna and his wife, Christine of West Boylston; her twin great-grandsons, Austin and Bryce Perna of West Boylston; a brother, Paul Romaniello and his wife, Martha of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and many cousins, nephews, nieces and many dear friends from CT, FL and MA.

Nancy was predeceased in death by her husband, Joseph of 60 years, her parents, Paul and Margaret Romaniello and her brother, Peter Romaniello.

Nancy’s family wishes to thank JHC Hospice especially Shannon, for her exceptional care and also the staff at Knollwood Nursing Center.

Family and friends will celebrate her life with visiting hours on Monday, July 17th from 10:00am until 11:30am at Fay Brothers Life Celebration Home, 1 West Boylston St., West Boylston. Her funeral Mass will follow at 12 Noon at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 111 Worcester St., West Boylston. Interment will be held privately later in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
