Patricia A. Knowlton

Worcester-Patricia A. (O’Brien) Knowlton, 78, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023 in Memorial Hospital. 

She was born July 6^th, 1944 daughter of the late Patricia (Dowd) and Thomas O’Brien in Worcester. 

Pat was always active in the community and church. You could find her on weekends sorting and packaging food at Emmanuel Lutheran Church working with Food Share helping those less fortunate.

Pat leaves many behind that love and will miss her dearly including her children, Cheryl (White) Mongeau of Worcester, Kenneth Knowlton, Jr. of Dudley and Thomas Knowlton of Charlton, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and her brother William O’Brien of Worcester.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Christine White, and her brother, Thomas O’Brien of Virginia.

Family and friends are welcomed to a celebration of Patricia’s life with visiting on Monday, March 20^th from 9:00 until 10:30AM at the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester.  A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Parish, 596 Cambridge Street, Worcester at 11:AM with burial following in St. John’s Cemetery, 260 Cambridge Street.
