Paul A. Brunelle, 82, of 2 New York St., died Tuesday, February18, in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center, after an illness.

He leaves his wife of 55 years, Charlotte D. (Zeveska) Brunelle, a son, Paul A. Brunelle of Westford; two daughters, Paula T. Lizotte of Sandwich, and Lynne M. Macedo of Hyannis; a brother, Edmond Brunelle of Worcester and a sister, Claire Schmidt of Dennis, seven grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of Edmund and Mae (McNally) Brunelle. He graduated from Worcester Boys Trade School.

He was a electrician for Mass Electric Co. for many years retiring several years ago.

He was a Navy Veteran of World War II serving in the North Atlantic and the Pacific Theater.

He was a member of the Our Lady of the Angels Church. He was a American Red Cross donor, donating 85 pints of blood. He was a avid gardener, fisherman and cribbage player. Mr. Brunelle enjoyed Cape Cod.

The funeral will be held Friday, February 21, from Fay Brothers Funeral Home 9 Hammond St (www.faybrothers.com) with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday, February 21, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Angels Building Fund 1222 Main St. Worcester 01603.
