WEST BOYLSTON-Paul Frederick Chambers, 75, a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Saint Vincent Hospital after an illness. He leaves his wife Marilyn I. (Simonetti) Chambers; two children, Paul A. Chambers of Grafton and Lysa C. Dahlin of Voorhees, NJ. Paul is also survived by his five beautiful grandchildren, Justin, Brittany and Lindsey Chambers and Dakota and Hannah Dahlin.
He was born in Worcester, son of the late Stanley F. and Ebba S. (Kasparson) Chambers, and graduated from North High School, Boston University and received his Master's Degree from Assumption College. Paul had a successful career as a Human Resources Executive at DEC and Boston Scientific. He served his community as an active volunteer at the West Boylston Public Library and local food pantry. Paul loved to play sports, especially softball, and he was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date, to be announced later. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168 or at www.jimmyfund.org.
