AUBURN-Paul P. Moen, 83, of Auburn passed away peacefully Sunday, December 12.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 42 years, Beverly A. (Giguere) Moen in 2001. He leaves three children, Michelle Sullivan and her husband, Daniel of Auburn, David Moen and his wife, Lisa of Worcester and Kevin Moen and his wife, Diane of Auburn; four grandchildren, who lovingly referred to Paul as Papa Moe or Grandpa, Ryan, Courtney and Tiffany Moen and Kyrie Sullivan and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, James and Russell Moen predeceased him.

He was born in Worcester, son of James and Anna (Hurd) Moen and served for 10 years enlisted in the United States Army Reserves.

Paul worked for 27 years for Eli Sandman Company. He and Beverly spent twelve years together in Fort Lauderdale. Paul was a longtime member of St. Catherine of Sweden Church and later North American Martyrs Church. He loved all sports, especially his favorite team, the Green Bay Packers. Paul's other passion was being involved in all his grandchildren's activities.

Visiting Hours are Wednesday, December 15 from 4 to 7pm at Lindquist Lundin Life Celebration Home, 36 Butler St. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, December 16 at Noon in North American Martyr's Church, 8 Wyoma Dr. Burial will be private.
