Philip J Farnstrom

WORCESTER- Philip J. Farnstrom, 72, passed away on November 21, 2022 at the Lutheran Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. 

He was born in Worcester on December 30, 1949, son of the late Walfred and Phyillis (Moe) Farnstrom. Philip was a longtime member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. 

He leaves behind his aunt, Yvonne Moe of Holden; his cousin, Diane Cornejo and her husband, Luis of Holden; several cousins and extended family members.

Philp’s family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the nurses and staff of the Lutheran Skilled Nursing Home for their exceptional care. They would also like to extend their gratitude to his neighbor, Michael Hayes for his assistance through the years. 

Besides his parents, Philip was predeceased by many aunts, uncles and family members. 

Family and friends will celebrate Philip’s life with a funeral service at 10am on Saturday December 3rd at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 200 Greenwood St., Worcester. Burial will follow at All Faith’s Cemetery. The Callahan, Fay, Caswell & Lindquist Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester is assisting
