AUBURN

Ralph E. Doe, 74, of Thayer Ave. died Wed., Feb. 28, in Saint Vincent Hospital. He leaves his wife of 51 years, Barbara A. (Boyle) Doe; three children, Ralph W. Doe of Charlton, Cynthia L. Flynn of Millbury and Mary E. Landi of West Townsend; a brother, Kenneth Doe of Ft. Myers, FL; six grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and nieces and nephews. A son, William R. Doe predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of W. Ralph and Mary (Flanagan) Doe and graduated from Boys Trade School and was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War stationed in Adak, Alaska.

Ralph operated Doe Brothers Shell, a gas and service station in Worcester for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Chester P. Tuttle American Legion Post. And enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

The funeral will be held Today, March 2, at 12:30PM in St. John's Church, 40 Temple St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
