Ramon Luis Mercado

WORCESTER-Ramon Luis Mercado, 56, died Monday, April 4, 2011 at UMASS Memorial Healthcare with his loving family by his side.
He leaves his wife of 29 years Nitza E. (Rodriguez) Mercado; three daughters, Francis J. Mercado of Leominster, Yaritza E. Roman and Angelica Vera, both of Worcester; his mother, Inez Maria Rivera in Puerto Rico. He also leaves Milagros Santiago, whom he loved as a daughter; six grandchildren, three brothers, a sister and several nephews and nieces. He was born in Puerto Rico.
Ramon's funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 7 from 6-9 PM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street. Burial in Hope Cemetery will be private.
