Richard S. Keoseian, 73, passed away Thursday, September 30 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home.
He leaves his sister, Elizabeth J. Markarian and her husband Charles of Worcester; his brother, Stephen Keoseian and his wife Elba of Pensacola, FL; two nephews, Charles J. Markarian of Hyannis and Richard S. Markarian of Worcerster and two nieces, Stephanie Burleson; Maya Keoseian both of Pensacola, FL and his companion, Nora Ayvasian of Middletown, RI. He was born in Fitchburg, son of John and Margaret (DerKazarian) Keoseian and lived many years in Florida and Manhattan. He attended UMASS Amherst College.
Richard was president and CEO of Estate Services, Inc. and managed several metropolitan opera artists, prior to that he was president of RSK Disposables and a securities broker. He was a member of many fraternal and business associations in the Manhattan area, a few of them are the Metropolitan Lawn Bowling Club of New York, the Sovereign Order of Cyprus, Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem and the Order of Saint Stanislas. He enjoyed the arts and was very involved in artists cultural exchange programs.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 4, at 11 AM in The Armenian Church of Our Savior, 87 Salisbury St. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Fitchburg. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Armenian Church of Our Savior, 87 Salisbury St., Worcester, 01609.
