Rita Kapish

Rita M. Kapish (Raymond), 98, was born on January 22,1926, in Worcester and passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, at the Jewish Healthcare Center in Worcester.

Rita was employed at Olsen Manufacturing Co. in Holden from 1950 to 1970, until she went to work at Kapp Sign as an accountant. She enjoyed painting, wood carving, and traveling. She also loved spending summers on Cape Cod and was an avid reader up until her passing.

Rita leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of more than 50 years, Stephen, and her parents Albert Raymond and Aldea (Gamache) Raymond.

Family and friends are welcomed to a graveside service on Thursday, January 9th, 2025 at 11:00am in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street, Worcester.
