Salem, NH-Robert J. Nordstrom, 55, formerly of Worcester passed away tragically in an automobile accident Wednesday, September 24.

He leaves his mother, Wendy M. (Bonneau) Nordstrom of Worcester; three siblings, Karen Nordstrom of Worcester, Steven Nordstrom and his wife, Meredith of Southbridge and Pam Welch and her husband, Rich of Holden; In addition, he leaves his aunt Tina Servideo and uncle Gary Bonneau with whom he was close to. Nieces and nephews Ashley, Taylor, Josh, Kyle, Kayla, Samantha, and Brian. Great nieces and nephews Owen, Ryder, Paisley, Layla, Lainey, Raelynn, and Kai; his godchild Alicia who holds a special place in his heart, and his favorite companion his dog Earl. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Wayne Nordstrom and graduated from Worcester Vocational High School.

Bob was a graphic artist at Journeyman Press in Newburyport. He had several passions in life including photography and spending time at the beach, especially kayaking at Winter Island in Salem. He also loved going to flea markets and antique shops. He was a fan of all four major New England sports team and was proud of the fact that he was a football coach to his nephews, when they were younger.

Visiting Hours are Tuesday, September 30 from 5 to 7pm at Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, October 1 at 11am in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in All Faith Cemetery, Worcester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. at www.diabetes.org or to the Worcester Animal Rescue League at www.worcesterarl.org
