Robert J. Zukowsky

Robert J. Zukowsky, age 83, of Auburn died, Friday, October 11 at UMass Medical Center with his family by his side.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Carol R. (Donnelly) Zukowsky, and their children Robert A. Zukowsky and his wife Lynn of Manchester, Debra M. Bates and Kevin J. Zukowsky, both of Auburn, a grandson Joshua and his sister Lois Zukowski of Worcester. A sister, Joanne Thibodeau predeceased her. Born in Worcester, son of the late Joseph and Anna (Kowalsky) Zukowsky and was a graduate of Worcester Vocational High School.

Robert was an inspector for General Motor Corporation for 30 years. Following his retirement, he worked part-time at College of The Holy Cross for ten years. He was a member of the Alhambra Council of the Knights of Columbus and the Main South American Legion Post.
