In Loving Memory of Rochelle Chardee Perry

August 19, 1986 – August 22, 2026

Rochelle Chardee Perry, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia, at the age of 40.

Rochelle was born on August 19, 1986, in Worcester, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Henrean Burrell and the late Clarence Lee Perry III. She was also lovingly raised with the presence and care of her late stepfather, Vincent Bush.

Rochelle was a woman of deep faith who loved God dearly. Her spiritual foundation was nurtured through her involvement with Second Baptist Church, where she grew up. She sang in the choir and served as a youth leader.

Rochelle attended Doherty Memorial High School and later continued her education at Worcester State University.

Rochelle had a generous heart and genuine compassion for others. She loved giving back to her community and participated in efforts to feed and care for people experiencing homelessness.

Rochelle dedicated many years of her life to working in healthcare, where her caring spirit and desire to help others touched the lives of those around her. She also loved to travel. Above all, Rochelle cherished her family and the time she shared with them.

Rochelle leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her mother, Henrean Burrell (Abudu Dramani); her sisters, Danelle C. Perry and Cherelle S. Bohanan (Davion); her beloved nephews, Cayden Bohanan and Cairo Bohanan; her nieces, Capri Bohanan and Serenity Everett, all of Virginia; her cousin who was like a sister, Sharnice Burrell of Worcester, MA; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and others who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

At just 40 years old, Rochelle leaves behind a legacy far greater than the years she was given. She leaves behind love, compassion, faith, laughter, service, cherished memories, and a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

Rochelle may have been here for 40 years, but her love will live forever.

Forever 40.
