Rosalyn T. Frew

WORCESTER
Rosalyn T. (Wykes) Frew, 90, died Friday, September 4 in Holy Trinity Nursing Center.
Her husband Clayton E. Frew died in 1989. She leaves a sister, Marjory F. Laine of Worcester; several nieces and nephews among them, Andrea Farrell and her husband John of Southborough and their children, Katharine and Andrew and Paula Skorb and her husband Gary of Rutland and their children David, Jennifer and Jeffrey; many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Her brother-in-law, Tauno Laine predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Arnall J. and Isabelle T. (Fitzwilliam) Wykes and graduated from Commerce High School and was a lifelong resident of Worcester.
Rosalyn worked at Astra Pharmaceutical for many years, before retiring. She was a member of the Park Congregational Church and was an avid bowler.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, at 11:00 AM in CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery. Visiting Hours are Tuesday, September 8, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
