Rosario B. Orue Vega de Alvarado was born on March 21, 1960, in Lima, Peru. Her parents were Alfonso Orue and Rosa Vega de Orue, and her siblings were Arturo, Natividad, and David. She spent her childhood surrounded by her family. She studied at the “Monserrat” school and at “Elvira Garcia y Garcia,” and later attended the “Universidad San Martin de Porres,” where she trained as a social worker. She worked at the Maternidad de Lima.

She married Fernando G. Alvarado on July 21, 1991. Their children are Fernando Willy and Anthony Gabriel. Her grandchildren are Jemmely, Tony, and Maria Julia.

In 1999, she emigrated with her family to the United States and worked at several places; her last company was Nypro in Clinton, MA. She greatly enjoyed traveling and spending time at gatherings with her family and friends.

 Family and friends are welcomed to a celebration of her life with visiting Friday, January 2nd from 5:00 until 7:00pm at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. A funeral service will begin in the funeral home at 6:30pm. All are welcomed Saturday, January 3rd from 10:00am until 11:30am at the funeral home before burial in Hope Cemetery.
