Ruth M. Stevens

AUBURN-Ruth M. (James) Stevens, 91, of Auburn passed away Wednesday, March 19.

Her husband, Kenneth W. Stevens died in 1994. She leaves three sons, Kenneth W. Stevens, Jr. of North Grosvenordale, CT, Raymond J. Stevens of Auburn and Gordon T. Stevens of Medford, her daughter, Katherine R. Jones of Waltham, her brother, Benjamin F. James of Sanford, ME, her sister, Ethel Shepherd of Windsor Locks, CT, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was born in Starks, ME the daughter of John A. and Maude (Mace) James. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Auburn. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

The Funeral Service for Ruth will be Wednesday, March 26 at 11:00 AM at Faith Baptist Church, 22 Faith Ave. Interment will take place at Riverview Cemetery in Norridgewock, ME. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Faith Baptist Church, 22 Faith Ave., Auburn, MA 01501.
