Ruth B Weber

WORCESTER: Ruth B. (Barnard) Weber, 103, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2026 in Knollwood Nursing Center.

Her husband of 64 years, Russell E. Weber, passed away in 2010.

She is survived by her son, James R. Weber and his wife, Mary of Holden; three grandchildren, Dr. Brittany Weber, Bradley Weber, and April Weber; two great grandchildren, Damian, and Benjamin and a nephew, Joseph L. Wetton and his wife, Jacalyn of Worcester; and two former daughters in law, Ann M. Weber and Ann Marie Wright. She was predeceased by her son, Peter B. Weber, and a sister, June Jonczyk.

Ruth was born in Rochester, NY daughter of Ralph M. and Avis M. (Clark) Barnard and has lived most of her life in Worcester. She was a graduate of Commerce High School. Ruth was a bookkeeper at her husband's family business, Allied Machined Products Corp, for many years. Among her pastimes, she enjoyed gardening, going on walks, boating, traveling and playing the organ. She has lived at the Briarwood Retirement Community since 2002.

Ruth’s family will received guests on Tuesday, September 29th at 9:30am at Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. A Funeral Service will follow at 10am in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Activities Fund at Briarwood Continuing Care Community, 65 Briarwood Circle, Worcester, MA 01606
