Sally (Pacheco) Figueroa

WORCESTER-Sally (Pacheco) Figueroa, 61, died Wednesday, December 15, 2021.

She was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico daughter of the late Juan Pacheco and Regalada Gonzalez Maldonado. She moved to New York in her early teens and that is where she met her beloved Jose (Cheo).

Sally is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Jose A. Figueroa; seven children, Ana N. Figueroa, Sheila M. Figueroa and her wife Malika, Brenda L. Figueroa and her wife Jessica Torres, Yaischa N. Hernandez, Aliah A. Figueroa, Joel S. Pacheco and Christian J. Figueroa, all of Worcester and seven grandchildren, Tanya, Taylor, Mariangely, Javier, Justin, Lennox and Mulan.

She also leaves nine siblings, Nancy Acuna, Anail Lavergne, Juan Pacheco, Jr., Betty Pacheco, Regalada Pacheco, Obed Pacheco, Joel Pacheco, Arpa Pacheco and Brendaliz Torres and many nephews and nieces. Sally was predeceased by her youngest brother, Benjamin J. Pacheco.

Sally is a strong believer of the Lord, who gave her the ability and strength to be the best mother/wife she was and become a foster mother for over 25 years. She opened her home and heart to many children throughout the years. She was known for her kindness and put the needs of everyone else before her own.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 21st at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street with visiting hours from 10 – 11:30 am immediately followed by a Service. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
